Domaine Singulier is a story of moments, places, scents and perfumes, of creation and encounters.
Emmanuelle has worked in cosmetics and fragrance for over 30 years — at the pharmacy and luxury divisions of the L'Oréal Group, for Jean Paul Gaultier and Narciso Rodriguez perfumes, and for Caudalie. During the lockdown, confined in Paris with her family, she became more acutely aware than ever of the impact of places, smells, and nature — and the absence of nature — on our mood, energy, and sense of well-being.
That’s when the idea came to her: to create fragrances that elevate the everyday, that make the ordinary feel a little more extraordinary. She wanted to return to the origins of perfume — natural perfume — whose original purpose was to beautify, purify spaces, and soothe the spirit. To offer an alternative to overly synthetic, intrusive home fragrances and air fresheners.

At the end of 2022, Emmanuelle decided to take the leap. Domaine Singulier was born with two initial natural fragrance creations, specifically designed for toilets and bathrooms — and soon adopted in other rooms of the house. Original photographic editions enriched the brand’s universe. Most of the photographs are by Emmanuelle herself.
A Story of Encounters
Emmanuelle brought together passionate talents united by a shared desire to celebrate beauty:
– Éléonore de Staël, a perfumer specialising in natural materials
– Julie Serre, an illustrator with a singular style
– And a team of exceptional French artisans and manufacturers, located in the South-East, South-West and just north of Paris.The brief is always the same: no compromise between beauty and naturalness.
Since then, the collection has grown: a third fragrance, sensorial care soaps, and objects created in collaboration with artists in limited editions.
